DECLARATION:
By sending this Inquiry & Booking Form I agree and declare that
I am over 18 years of age and agree that any booking I make is made in accordance with the terms and conditions as stipulated below.
RENTAL CONDITIONS
- Payment & Cancellation
a. Once we respond to your Booking Form request, you may decide to proceed with booking an apartment. To do so, simply send an email reply stating you wish to proceed with the Booking.
b. Bookings will then be noted and held upon such e-mail request, but are only fully guaranteed upon receipt of the appropriate 25% deposit of total due shortly thereafter (within 15 days of booking date). Payments can be made by check mailed to us or by on-line secured credit card payment via the PayPal system (we will provide details to explain).
c. Booking confirmation will be sent within 24 hours via email. For all confirmed bookings, we will request a downpayment (no security deposit required). We confirm to you receipt of your downpayment via email.
d. The 75% balance remaining due is payable approx. 30 calendar days prior to the first night of rental, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
e. There is a USD 30 cancellation fee for all cancelled bookings. Any balance paid by you (in excess of the USD 30 fee) is returned to you, if your cancellation is received by us prior to 3 months before the initial rental day.
f. For all cancellations between 3 months and 8 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival day the 25% deposit is not returned to you. For all cancellations within 8 weeks of your arrival date there is no refund. We will however try to re- rent the apartment and if we are able to book new guests for your cancelled dates, we will refund for the days that are re-rented. The use of the property and amenities is entirely at the user's risk. Owner or any agent acting on behalf of the owner of apartment will not be held responsible for injury to a user or visitor and loss or damage to the user's or visitor's belongings during the stay at the apartment.

Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of people, as stipulated on the apartment description, occupy a property without written permission from the owner.
