The Pont Neuf Duplex is a spacious and beautifully restored 2 bedroom, located 1 block from the Pont Neuf bridge in central Paris (less than 10 min. walk to the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame cathedral; 3 blocks from Boulevard Saint Germain).

The apartment is located on the 4th floor (elevator access, a couple steps to the elevator). The first floor has an entryway with love seat and side table, which leads to the master bedroom with queen size bed and built in wardrobe, as well as a full and renovated bathroom with two sinks, built in shower area, and washer-dryer.

The stairs from the entryway (11 steps) lead to the spacious living-dining area, with high ceilings, and which includes a sofa (sofa is also a single sofabed for 1 person), armchair, coffee table, side buffet, TV, dining table and 4 chairs. From the living area one has access to the smaller 2nd bedroom and a small but well equipped and newly renovated kitchen area. For an additional 25 Euros flat fee, you also have the possibility to make UNLIMITED outgoing telephone calls to any fixed telephone (not to cell or portable phones) anywhere in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, NZ, Singapore, Brazil.
