A perfect apartment for a family or small group visiting Paris and wanting to enjoy the convenience of a central location. This compact 2 bedroom has a clean and cozy feel, offering high standards in an excellent central location at a reasonable nightly rate.
The apartment is situated on the European second floor, courtyard side ensuring no traffic noise, in a typical 19th century Parisian apartment building. This apartment is quiet. The rate is very reasonable for the area and for a 2 bedroom apartment due to: 1. the apartment size (small for a 2 bedroom); and 2. the bedrooms are on the back side of the apartment without windows.
The apartment, at 43 square meters (approx 470 sq. feet), was originally a large studio apartment. It has since been transformed to include two smaller individual bedrooms off the main living area. (Windows in living area; not in sleeping area). The bedrooms include large built in closets; one bedroom has a double bed, a second bedroom has two single beds. The living area also has a sofa bed that sleeps two. All beds, including the sofa bed, are of good quality, ensuring a good night’s rest.
There is a separate small kitchen area with stove, fridge, and washer/dryer unit, and other basic kitchen necessities. The bathroom is in very good condition with a shower unit and a separate toilet room.
The main living is sunny and quiet, with a large window overlooking the courtyard. The living area includes the sofa bed, a dining table/chairs, cable TV and DVD player (CNN, BBC; DVD accepts French and U.S. DVDs so feel free to bring some with you; a small selection of DVDs included in apt for your enjoyment), high speed internet connection, coffee table, armchairs, telephone and built in shelves with a selection of books, including travel guides on Paris.
In summary, the Place des Vosges apartment is perfect for a family or small group of 3 to 6 persons. The apartment is well appointed, with several built in closets for clothing and includes all the furnishings and other necessities to ensure a pleasant stay in a comfortable, quality environment in the historic center of Paris.

Excellent central location, just 5 minutes walk to the Seine River and islands. Directly on rue Saint Antoine street, around 5 minutes walk from City Hall (Hotel de Ville). The area is filled with shops, restaurants, and cafes.
