The rate is very reasonable for the area and for a 2 bedroom due to: 1. the apartment size (small for a 2 bedroom); and 2. the building commons are in need of repainting (the building is old).

The apartment, at 43 square meters (approx 470 sq. feet), was originally a large studio apartment. It has since been transformed to include two smaller, well appointed individual bedrooms off the main living area. (Windows in living area; not in sleeping area). The bedrooms include large built in closets; one bedroom has a double bed, a second bedroom has two single beds. The living area also has a fold out sofa bed that sleeps two. All beds, including the sofa bed, are of good quality, ensuring a good night’s rest.

There is a separate small kitchen area with stove, fridge, and washer/dryer unit, and other basic kitchen necessities. The bathroom is in very good condition with a shower unit and a separate toilet room.
