A lovely 1 bedroom apartment in a traditional Parisian building from 1832. The Louvre 1 bedroom apartment is one of the latest additions to the apartments available for rent- it was renovated and availble for rental as of 2004.

There is a separate good-sized kitchen/dining area, with a compete and new kitchen unit (stove top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, small fridge, and ample cabinets and counter space), a dining table with 4 chairs and a built in shelving unit with many books.

The living area is accessed through double French doors, and this room includes the new sleeper sofa 2 armchairs, a coffee table, the fireplace, bookshelves with books on France/Paris and cable TV with VCR (accepts US and French videos)and a DVD player. Total surface size is 41 m (approx 485 sq. feet). Perfect for 2 or 3 persons, and can easily sleep up to 4. Excellent central location, just minutes from the Louvre Museum, Seine River and the Ile de la Cite Island. A three minute walk from our Les Halles 1 bedroom apartment, and less than 5 minute walk to our Place des Victoires and Louvre 2 bedroom apartments.

This apartment includes cable television and also wireless internet access. For an additional 25 Euros flat fee, you also have the possibility to make UNLIMITED outgoing telephone calls during your entire stay, to any fixed telephone (not to cell or portable phones) anywhere in France, Europe, USA and Canada. If you do not take this option, you can still receive all incoming calls and make outgoing local calls within Paris.

The closest metro stations are Les Halles (direct access to major airports as well as to Disneyland) and Louvre station (direct access to Champs Elysees, Concorde, Marais area). An extremely central location, within walking distance of all major central Paris attractions.
