Wooden and original terra cotta floors, top quality Queen bed and sofa (which is also a trundle bed than can sleep one or two persons), a spacious bathroom with washer/dryer unit are just some of the advantages to this well maintained and very comfortable apartment.
The Les Halles one bedroom apartment, with a queen bed and sleeper sofa bed for two, can sleep up to 4 people. There is a separate newly installed kitchen area with its own small dining table and a full wall of built in shelves with many books. In the living room there is the sofa, which can sleep 1 to 2 person if needed (trundle beds) as well as an armchair, small coffee table, armoir and dresser with flat screen cable TV on top. The apartment has wireless internet access.
This is a 2nd (European) floor apartment located on a private courtyard that keeps out traffic noise. Recently installed double-glazed windows (total of 5 windows) look out onto the small courtyard area. There are thus no views from the apartment, except for the courtyard area of the building.
Total surface is 32 m² (approx 380 sq. feet) thus this is a compact or smaller one bedroom apartment; perfect for 2 or 3 persons, and can sleep up to total 4 persons.

Excellent central location, just minutes from the Louvre Museum, Seine River and the Ile de la Cite Island. The closest metro stations are Les Halles (direct access to major airports as well as to Disneyland) and Louvre-Rivoli metro station (direct access to Champs Elysees, Concorde, Marais area).
Just 1 block from the famous rue Montorgueil market street. The area is filled with cute restaurants, cafes, and boutiques.
An extremely central location, within walking distance of all major central Paris attractions. Many people return to this apartment to rent again due to its location and reasonable nightly price.
