Book Property
Located in a traditional yet well maintained Parisian 18th century apartment building, this 37 square meter (approx. 420 square feet) one bedroom flat is bright, friendly, functional and quiet. The apartment building is on a quiet smaller street in the heart of the Latin Quarter, one of the oldest districts of central Paris. This is a 4th floor apartment, but with direct elevator access.

From the apartment's entry door, you walk into a short hallway area that leads directly into the livingroom and also gives access to the bathroom and to a storage closet. The bathroom is in white tile and includes a built in shower and sink with shelves, as well as the toilet behind a dividing wall. The living area looks out onto the street and includes a brand new sleeper sofa bed (good quality; can sleep 2 persons) and armchair, a smaller round dining table and chairs, a TV and modem for internet access. There are area rugs, books, plants, and other touches to make one feel at home in Paris.

Directly off the living area is a functional and equipped small kitchen area. The kitchen has a full oven, 4 stove-top burners, a microwave, a coffee maker, a small fridge under the counter as well as a small washing machine.

The bedroom is off the living room, and includes two single beds that are often placed together with linens to make a Queen sized bed (your choice, if you prefer two single beds or one larger bed for your stay). There are bookshelves, a dresser and a built in closet to store clothing. The street-side window has double glazing for comfort and security.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, and is a two minute walk from the Pantheon memorial building (to view photo, click here:Pantheon. The closest metro station, around a 4 minute walk from the apartment, is the Maubert Mutualité metro stop. The Seine river and Notre Dame Cathedral can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and Boulevard Saint Germain is also only a couple minutes from this apartment. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area; and local shopping for groceries is easy to find in the immediate neighbourhood.
