Book Property
Located in a traditional Parisian 18th century apartment building, this 25 square meter (275 square feet) studio offers good value due to its reasonable price with a comfortable floor plan and excellent central location. The apartment was re-done (new floors in 2002 and repainted in 2007).

The apartment includes a Queen size bed (firm mattress), a small sitting area (2 armchairs and side table with lamp), a small dining table with 2 chairs, cable TV and also internet cable access (with your PC you can plug into the modem for high speed internet), a functional and equipped small kitchen area (see Amenities section) and a small separate bathroom.

There is a cot that can be pulled out into a single bed for a smaller third person (no added charge for a third person given the apartment is small, a 3rd person makes it tight due to apartment size - best for a smaller child). Click here to view the FLOOR PLAN.

The apartment receives direct sunlight and cross ventilation: there are two windows, one facing the street and the other the back courtyard area. The street-side window has double glazing for comfort and security and the studio is located on a smaller yet central street in the heart of the Latin Quarter, between the Pantheon and Maubert Mutualité metro station. You can actually see one of the spires of Notre Dame (click for photo from in front of the apt) from the front of the apartment, and can reach the city's main cathedral on foot in less than 10 minutes.

APARTMENT DETAILS:

This is a 2nd (European) floor apartment, no elevator, overlooking both a quiet street and courtyard area. The apartment is sunny and functional. There is a large built-in armoire to hang and store clothing. Although this apartment is abit more 'basic' than some of my other apartments in terms of its set up, it is comfortable and competitively priced.

The Sorbonne/Latin Quarter Studio, at 95 Euros per night, offers very good value given the apartment's floor plan, quality environment and excellent central location- again, in the heart of the oldest district of Paris, just 5 minute walk to Notre Dame Cathedral.
