• Apartment cleaned with fresh sheets and towels on arrival.
  
  
• Free local telephone calls.
  
  
• All utilities, taxes, cable TV charges, apartment insurance fees in the quoted nightly rate.
  
  
• Books on Paris, pamphlets on major sites and maps are included in the apartments for your use during your stay.
  
  
• Information sheet explaining how to use the TV, washer, heating, and other details about the apartment, as well as where to find the local shopping markets.
  
  
• An orientation page in each apartment giving tips to help you make the most of your visit to Paris, saving you time and money.
  
  
• Hairdryer, iron and ironing board and electric fans are standard in all apartments. Four apartments have VCRs (and movies) and most have washing machines.
  
  
• No security deposit requirement and only 25% upfront booking deposit to hold the apartment. Payment can be made by credit card, via on-line secured site, or by check mailed to us in USD or in Euros.
  
  
• Payment of 75% remainder required only a few days prior to departure, or, if agreed to in advance, on date of arrival in Paris. Again the final payment can be made via credit card, on-line, or by check.
  
  
• Local contact names and telephone numbers provided for immediate assistance with any questions or problems.
