- No security deposit requirement and only 25% upfront booking deposit to hold the apartment. Payment can be made by credit card, via on-line secured site, or by check mailed to us in USD or in Euros.
- Payment of 75% remainder required only a few days prior to departure, or, if agreed to in advance, on date of arrival in Paris. Again the final payment can be made via credit card, on-line, or by check.
